More about DIPC and how to join

We are on a mission to create elite level dancers that not only perform with excellence and  advanced level skills, but are mentally strong and supportive of others. Being a member of The DIPC is a privilege and dancers must earn their spot on the team by exhibiting not only fundamental dance skills, but dedication, resilience, respect, kindness while upholding and representing Dance Inclusion’s values and mission.

A DIPC dancer can overcome challenges and setbacks and continues to strive for excellence. That is why we designed our programs to provide additional guidance, training, and support to help each dancer develop and grow into the dancer we know they can be. We don't believe in avoiding challenges by taking shortcuts, and we don't enter dancers in lower levels or easy competitions just to win. A trophy does not define you as a dancer and no professional dancer has ever been asked which competition did they win first place before booking a job. We believe in helping dancers face their fears and build resilience. We ensure dancers are proud of their accomplishments and aren't afraid of competition. We prepare our dancers for the real world and refuse to let our dancers develop a false sense of accomplishment that wasn't earned. When our competition is better than us, we are inspired and motivated. We continue to improve and perform better than we did before. That is The DIPC.

The decisions you make now will shape your future. Secure your spot this summer, commit to your growth, and take advantage of every opportunity to rise to the top! Be part of something extraordinary, be a DIPC dancer!

Getting Started - 2026 DIPC

We are leveling up for the 2025 - 2026 season!

Option 1 | June 2025 Auditions

Early Admission Auditions
Ages 6 and up

Early auditions are your chance to secure your place and stand out as a top performer. This is a critical time to take control of your dance development for advanced level placement, featured opportunities, and access to exclusive training. While others are taking a break this summer, you’ll be leveling up and—using the summer to refine your skills, build strength, and advance your dance training, giving you the competitive edge.

All potential DIPC dancers ages 6 and up are required to attend summer classes. See summer class options below.

Option 2 | July 2025 Auditions

Final Auditions
Ages 6 and up

If you aren’t accepted into early admission, don’t worry, you could receive a call back. If you receive a call back, you are still eligible to receive exclusive company training over the summer and a chance to audition in the final audition at no extra cost. Our dedicated teachers are here for YOU and will provide feedback from your audition. We will mentor you and develop an individualized plan to help set you up for success for your best chance to be selected for the 2026 DIPC!

*Dancers opting to only audition for Final Audition, must still attend the minimum required classes in June and July and enroll in one of the summer class options below.

June 16th to July 31st 2025
(Closed June 30th to July 6th)

2025 Summer Classes Required

During the summer you will receive exclusive DIPC training. Summer classes are the perfect time to refine your technique and level up. All DIPC dancers ages 7 and up are required to complete at least 6 classes of technique and conditioning during the summer session and must enroll in an exclusive DIPC summer program. As part of the program, dancers will receive exclusive access to all styles of dance and can take unlimited number of classes during the month of June and July. Our Philosophy | Dance Competitions

Belonging Begins With Us

Competition is scary! Getting on stage and being judged is uncomfortable! And what if they fail?? What if all their hard work doesn't get them the trophy they've worked so hard for?

Why do we put our dancers through this??!

Because it’s more than just dance...It’s preparing our kids for real life, because life isn’t easy.

It’s learning to embrace the wins and cope with the losses or disappointments. It’s working hard at something to be better than you were before, even if you don't meet your goals or win that trophy. It’s never giving up. It’s finding who you are and what you’re good at and challenging yourself to do something you never thought you could. It’s being proud of yourself and your teammates. It’s listening to others to continue to improve yourself. It’s taking criticism to make a positive change and giving constructive criticism to help others succeed. It's being part of a team and using individual strengths to make the team successful. It's not letting your disappointment get in the way of some else's achievements.

We know competition is a part of life, whether it's getting into a good school or landing that dream job...competition is everywhere! So, let's help them manage their emotions and build emotional intelligence now, so that they are set up for success and happiness in life. Let's help them with lessons learned to improve their quality of life and avoid hardship. Let's build emotional resilience and help them to remain humble.

It’s more than just bragging about 1st place or bringing home a trophy. It's not about being the best or being better than someone else. What we are really doing at Dance Inclusion is elevating our dancers to be the best version of themselves and creating leaders. We use our passion for dance to help our youth find a level of confidence and work ethic that will make them successful in life, wherever life takes them.
